Real estate law is a law practice of which encompasses the rights to possess, use, and enjoy land and the permanent manmade improvements attached to that land. This includes the rights to hold real estate interests, conditional rights in real property, relations between neighbors, owners, tenants, developers, and the surrounding community, the transfer of rights in real property, and real estate financing, which includes deeds and mortgages.

Real estate law also includes a broad subject of legal issues relating to developing, constructing, financing, acquiring, managing, leasing and selling commercial and residential real property of all types.
